Strawberry Lemonade smoothie

This household favorite will only take 3 minutes or less! A Strawberry Lemonade is usually something you pick up from a neighborhood lemonade stand but instead of the sugar-dense, high calorie drink, turn it into a berry and fiber packed smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz milk (can be substituted for milk alternatives such as oat milk, almond milk, or soy milk)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop of Colon Cleanse Strawberry Flavor
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh squeeze lemon juice

Recipe

In a blender, mix 8 oz milk or milk alternative, 1 ripe banana, ½ cup frozen strawberries, 1 scoop of Colon Cleanse Strawberry Flavor, ¼ cup greek yogurt, ½ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice. Serve and enjoy!

orange creamsicle smoothie

  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 scoop of Colon Cleanse Orange Flavor
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • Dash of vanilla bean or extract
